"lost" is the title of this painting. it started with a long and complicated story..

Way back in year 2003, Ban Ban, 3 months old female kitten was found by a Caucasian lady who live above my friend (YC) apartment. As the lady already has 7 cats, she cant have more cat, so she asked YC to have it. Although YC has 3 cats, he still adopted Ban Ban.

After a few month, due to the lease of the apartment is ending soon, YC has to move. As a result, he asked TK and I to adopt 2 of his cats each, so we did.

Things did not went smoothly at my house as there are some family problems. Nearly one year, I have to give up Ban Ban and bring her back to YC which make me feel sad until now..

But fate is not fair on Ban Ban, YC moved again recently. One day, Ban Ban went exploring around her new neighbourhood and never come home.

As for Cookie, TK and I found him at the car park near TK's flat when he was three weeks old in 2006. Everything was normal until Cookie fell from the window one day as he wanted to catch the bird outside the window. Although Cookie survived from the fall, he still passed away a few months later due to internal injuries. Heart breaking when I witnessed Cookie put to sleep on the surgery table.

I lost two cats in a way.. this painting is my memory of my two beloved cat friends.
